Account Security & Access

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Fluxbit will never request your private keys or 2FA codes.
Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to support@fluxbit.online.

Trading Rules

All trades are final and irreversible once executed.
Users must ensure sufficient balance before placing any trade.
Fluxbit reserves the right to cancel or reverse trades if fraudulent or system errors are detected.
Artificially manipulating market prices (e.g., pump and dump, spoofing) is strictly prohibited.

Fees & Charges

Trading fees may vary depending on the asset and trading volume.
Fluxbit may charge:
- Maker/Taker fees
- Withdrawal fees
- Inactivity fees (where applicable)
Fees are transparently listed on the Fees Page and are subject to change with prior notice.

Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, including market volatility and potential loss of capital.
Fluxbit does not offer financial advice. All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results.

Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Fluxbit complies with international AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Users must:

Submit valid identification and proof of address when requested.
Not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
Understand that suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Suspension & Termination

Suspend or terminate accounts violating platform policies.
Restrict trading functions during system upgrades, suspected fraud, or regulatory investigations.
Freeze assets involved in disputes or unlawful activities.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a trading dispute, users may contact Fluxbit Support within 48 hours of the incident.
Disputes will be reviewed by our compliance and security team.
Fluxbit’s decision on trade-related issues will be final.
